Why Should You...
During our visit to the Holy City of Rishikesh in Northern India we crossed over Ram Jhula (Suspension bridge) and visited the bustling area on the other side of the Ganges River. Our group of 16 Family members had to hire a taxi to ferry us to the exit Ram Jhula some distance away.
This taxi took about 18 passengers and we 16 almost filled the Taxi. A young lady standing in the queue sat up front followed by the 16 of us.
On exiting and the end of the trip, I offered to pay for the complete hire of the taxi.
The young lady was upset and she asked Why should you...
This moment and her utterances changed my perspective over many things.
In our Small business, I felt it was really a need to make the change and therefore I felt the way we change, our model is providing Outstanding Service.
This I find very difficult to come by these days.
I made it my greatest desire to say Good Morning / Day or Afternoon to everyone that passes by. Even if you choose to ignore my greeting that's what it will be.
I am really powered to adhere by these 5 Chosen Principles of Mridchar:
